I have always believed that people are the silent force behind every successful educational institution. The right people do more than fill roles; they shape culture, inspire learning, and influence generations.
I am Poonam Seth, Founder Director & CEO of El Maestro Teaching Solutions, and this belief has been at the heart of my education journey for more than two decades.
For me, education has never been limited to classrooms, curriculum or results. It is about the people who teach, lead, inspire, support and shape school's culture. My journey began in the classroom and gradually evolved through academic leadership, mentoring and institution-building, allowing me to experience education from different perspectives—as a teacher, an academic leader, a mentor and, eventually, an entrepreneur working closely with schools and educators.
